Melanie L. Marks

Melanie L. Marks is a partner with Neils Law, specializing in estate planning, estate and trust administration, elder law, and real estate law. She earned her law degree, cum laude, after serving on the staff of a prominent international legal journal.

Melanie is authorized to practice before high-level appellate courts and tax courts. She is a frequent speaker on ethical considerations in estate planning and has conducted numerous seminars for professional organizations regarding fiduciary law and wealth management.
