B. H. Levy, Jr. is a retired partner with Neils Law who concentrated his practice in the areas of workers’ compensation, commercial transactions, and estate matters. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals and various jurisdictions. Levy is a long-standing member of several professional legal associations and the Defense Research Institute.

Levy graduated with a B.A. in history from the University of Virginia as an Echols Scholar. He obtained his Juris Doctor, during which time he served as a notes editor for a prominent international law journal. Following his legal education, Levy served on active duty in the United States Air Force and in the active reserves, attaining the rank of captain.

Levy remains deeply involved in professional and civic life. He has served on the boards of numerous charitable and community organizations.
